Do you need to make a general CHANGE?
To make a change to your listing download, print, fill out and sign our change form. Fax, mail or scan and e-mail the completed form to us.

Do you need to EXTEND your NON-EXPIRED listing?
To EXTEND your listing download, print, fill out and sign our Expiration Date Extension Request form from below then fax, mail or scan and e-mail the completed form to us.

  • Click here if your property is in located in Palm Beach, Broward, Dade, St Lucie or Martin county.
  • Click here if your property is in any other county.

Do you need to re-list your EXPIRED listing?
Please fill out our RE-LIST Request form, give us a new expiration date and send a check for $75 or pay online here. When the listing is re-activated the slate is essentially wiped clean and you will receive a new MLS# so the listing will look as though it is new. If your property has been listed over a calender year please contact us to see if you still qualify to re-list your property for a reduced fee.

In Lake, Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Sarasota, Manatee, Charlotte, W Volusia, Pinellas, Pasco, Hillsborough and Polk counties the original listing is used unless the property has been off the market for at least 30 calendar days.
